Engineering Co-Op

TUV SUD GRC, a global leader in property loss control, has an Engineering Co-Op opening for a Consultant, Property Loss Control, based in the United States in a remote position.

The TUV SUD Risk Consultants team plays a critical role in supporting the world's most successful businesses reduce risk exposure and make more strategic risk engineering decisions.

We are looking for Co-ops to bring their expertise and enthusiasm to support the One TUV SUD Risk Consultants in learning hands on, practical application of risk control.

It all begins with how we engage our new starters to understand our amazing ONE TUV SUD culture and continues through supporting development in our employees' career growth.

The TUV SUD Risk Consultants Co-op will provide support to the Operations Team and be responsible for hands on support and development on key projects that back our core competencies and capabilities.

This person will demonstrate outstanding communication skills with team members, with management, and with external customers.

Works with other Co-ops to coordinate & schedule project activities

Coordinate logistics with internal, external stakeholders

Creates & updates communications for internal programs

Keeps accurate records of programs

Manages the records of all training programs and external training vendors*

Track and log expenses to assist with budget management

Manage the project development inbox and respond to employee and manager requests accordingly

Support planning of meetings including preparing agendas, and tracking meeting minutes

Support development projects with exceptional organization and project management skills.

Qualifications:

Working toward either Associate, Bachelor, or accredited Technical School with 2 - 3 years of STEM related educational experience

Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize work; problem solve while meeting tight timelines

A positive, energetic, collaborative, and flexible team player who is willing to support a variety of activities as needed

Strong initiative, work ethic and ability to deliver results with little oversight; demonstrates good judgment

Highly organized and able to manage and coordinate schedules for a team

Ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences with varying skill sets and/or levels of seniority

Excellent presentation, administrative, and communication skills

Hours: 8:30am - 5pm ET (typical hours)

Temporary Contract: 3 month (Fulltime / no benefits) or 6 months (Part-time / no benefits)

Work Schedule: All remote

Travel: Possible 20% max
