    Hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8a-430p
  • $5000 Relocation or Signing Bonus
  • Compensation starts at $67k and up plus great benefits, licensure reimbursement and paid CEU's!

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Provide individual patient assessments
  • Requires knowledge of occupational therapy practices, which can be gained only through an accredited program
  • Adhere to the Occupational Therapy Standards of Practice and the Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics, as well as facility policies and procedures
  • Responsible to provide supervision as needed for Occupational Therapy Assistants, and Level I and II Occupational Therapy students.
Qualifications
  • Requires graduation from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy, certified as an Occupational Therapist and current licensure as an Occupational Therapist, Registered in the State of Minnesota.
  • Level II fieldwork experience in psycho-social OT is strongly preferred for newly graduated candidates.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal form
  • Ability to smoothly and rapidly shift between dissimilar tasks
  • Oriented and educated in gender, cultural, and age appropriate care for the assigned unit
