Job Description

$2,500 Sign On Bonus!!

Purpose of Job

This part-full time Radiologic Technologist is responsible for performing high quality and accurate diagnostic x-rays and CT scans in accordance with established procedures. Open to relocation.

Job Functions

  1. The Radiologic Technologist interacts with patients, providers and staff in a professional and courteous manner to ensure safety for our patients.
  2. The Radiologic Technologist produces high quality and accurate diagnostic x-rays and CT Scans.
  3. The Radiologic Technologist assists with maintenance of equipment to ensure patient safety and proper working order.
  4. The Radiologic Technologist reviews cases with Radiologist to ensure accuracy of clinical data obtained.
  5. Demonstrates room and equipment cleaning process between patients.
  6. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education/Work Experience

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology
  • Registered by the ARRT

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Knowledge of anatomy and pathology seen on x-ray/CT scans
  • Ability to meet and maintain the necessary background checks as aligned with position functions
  • Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions as mentioned above
  • Ability to serve patients in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Strong computer skills and basic Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to respond appropriately to unpredictable situations and diverse patient populations
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team
  • Capable of making independent decisions with the use of good critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions as mentioned above

License/Certifications

  • CPR Certified
