Responsibilities:
Responsible for machine sale and lease transaction customer invoicing
Manage equipment records and equipment transaction postings, Including:
Warranty Costs
Cost and credit estimates
Write-ups and write-downs
Cash discounts
Interest start dates
Minimum book value
Demo/Loaner charges
Review daily queries that flag data errors and follow up as needed
Other as needed
Manage CAT Global Commercial Support System (GCSS) postings, including:
Sale scoring (reporting) to CAT
Post marketing program claim ID's and estimate amounts to machine sale records
Verify marketing support program machine estimates have been added to GCSS
Caterpillar marketing claim creation and management
Investigate and resolve rejected/denied claims
Verify claim payments and post adjustments as needed
Manage other CAT reporting requirements and internal processes, including:
Submitting work tool claims using the CAT Work Tools Commercial System and Produce Support Commercial System.
Perform CAT Retail Support Account program deposit verification
Perform commission program data entry
Manage various state program admin fee costs
Manage estimated late charges account aging review and resolution
Ledger account transaction matching and open item resolution
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) preferred
2+ years of related office experience (AR, GL, claims, invoicing, etc.)
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required; proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications preferred
Microsoft Dynamics (D365) F&O experience a plus
Experience with inventory and/or billing system preferred
Personal characteristics: keen attention to detail, integrity, effective communicator, conscientious, committed/dependable, teamwork, innovative problem solver, customer service focus
