Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the organization lines-of-service needs are met as Sr. Property Manager of Special Projects. This includes understanding each special project, customer needs, and the outcome to all the stakeholders. Develop budget by using contractors, obtain competing bids, decide on vendor, hire contractor and provide work direction during any special project. Provide leadership and support to all LSS lines-of-service. Negotiate commercial new leases and renewals. Responsible for managing Administrator Supervisor and Property Specialist.
