Community Outreach to Diversity Organizations

Over the past five years, the Jobs for Veterans program has served over 1,500 veterans from every branch of the military by helping them to find employment. Partnering with the Minnesota National Guard, Reserve units and veteran service organizations, we provide tools, resources, and referrals for success in job search and career transition.

E-Quality is an organization for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, questioning, intersex ( GLBT or QLBTQIA ) students and allies of GLBT's at the University of Minnesota - Morris . Through social events, educational programs, pride activism and political awareness, we strive to end stereotyping. We work to promote an understanding of and equal rights for GLBT's and for diversity.

WorkForce Centers help job seekers find employment, help businesses find workers, and help anyone at any stage explore and plan careers. The Minnesota Workforce Center in Hennepin is one in a system of nearly 50 WorkForce Centers statewide. Each offers a knowledgeable staff to guide you. Each provides essential tools to make your job search a success. Most services are free of charge.

The Men's Center is an incorporated, non-profit, volunteer organization which began as an outgrowth of the Men's Awareness Network in the Twin Cities in 1973. The Men's Center provides resources for men seeking to grow in body, mind and spirit, and from that foundation advocates for healthier family and community relationships.
