These organizations are participating in our exclusive Community Outreach program. Through this program, groups and organizations that directly work with People with Disabilities receive open job notifications on a daily basis that match the criteria they specifically requested. These daily notifications (known as JobCasts™) can be customized by location, profession, education and experience.

Community Connections PartnershipCommunity Connections Partnership, established in 1986, is a non-profit organization serving individuals with disabilities. CCP was instrumental in helping people transition from restrictive, institutional settings to an inclusive, community-based lifestyle. Currently, CCP serves over 185 individuals from the seven-county Twin Cities metro area. CCP’s philosophy has always been to provide positive, meaningful services which allow individual’s to use their skills and to be able to choose and find what they would like to do.
