OptumHealth Care Solutions has an immediate opening for a Business Process Quality Manager. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge and application of Lean methodologies and tools, strong program management skills and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.Role Components:
* Accurately identify and document process improvements by using appropriate measurement, analysis and evaluation methods
* Advise management on opportunities for efficiency and process improvements in specific projects with focus on measurable benefits
* Advocate Lean methodology and tools across the business
* Work with business leaders to assure appropriate participation and support
* Drive projects to completion based on schedule, and make results visible to management
* Coach/mentor process owners and team members in Lean methodologies & improvement tools including Value Stream Mapping, RDM/Kaizen Events, FMEA/Risk Assessment sessions, etc.
* Apply Continuous Improvement approach and methodologies used in other industries, including manufacturing, to Health and Wellness system At OptumHealth, you will perform within an innovative culture that's focused on transformational change in the health care system. Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 3 years experience in Lean/Process Improvement/Program Management role
* Have demonstrated through experience, the ability to understand, train, and lead a culture of continuous improvement.
* Must demonstrate effective situation leadership, quick and continuous learning style, and high impact project/program management skills
* Requires excellent oral, written, strong presentation skills and interpersonal communication skills
* Must have excellent computer skills, demonstrating fluency with Microsoft Office tools
* Lean Certification preferred
* Six Sigma experience preferred
* ISO 9001 experience preferred
